Do 15min of cardio to warmup. (Running, biking, situps, pushups, pullups, etc!
Chest
- Incline bench
- Dips (can be used for chest/triceps)
- Dumbell flys
- Flat bench
Back
Biceps
Legs
- Squats
- 45º Leg Press
- Standing Calf Raise
- Lunges - 20-30 lbs (if you do 12 on each legs easy go up 10 lbs)
